As Distinct continues to grow, we are committed to protecting the standards, consistency and care that our clients expect. To do that well at scale, we have strengthened our UK leadership team and increased day to day operational coverage across the business.
We are pleased to welcome Dalila Clemson as UK General Manager.
Dalila joined us six weeks ago and has already spent time visiting our sites, meeting many of our clients and team members. Her early focus has been on building relationships, getting clear on the standards that matter most in each environment, and identifying where she can make the most meaningful impact. She is now strengthening delivery through clearer site routines, consistent standards checks, and quicker follow-through on issues and feedback with clear owners and deadlines.
Dalila brings 30 years of flagship luxury retail leadership, having led high-pressure environments where readiness is non-negotiable and the customer experience is protected through disciplined operations behind the scenes. She brings that same flagship discipline into service delivery: clear standards, consistent quality checks, and coaching that helps teams understand not only what good looks like, but why it matters. In practice, this means tighter supervisor routines, more consistent verification of standards, and a stronger focus on readiness during peak trading and key brand moments.
This appointment strengthens our leadership team and increases our day to day capacity, without changing our direction. Darren remains CEO, leading growth and strategic direction. Craig remains COO, driving our operating model, service excellence and culture. Dalila leads day to day UK execution, ensuring our standards are delivered consistently across every site and that our teams and clients have the support and decision-making they need.
