The campus

Multiple buildings with different floor finishes and specialist cleaning requirements. The exhibition halls needed daily deep cleans during events, while the executive suites demanded hotel-level attention.

The team

A 35-person operation led by a site manager with over 15 years in commercial FM. The team is split into specialist units: events cleaning, office cleaning, and executive suites. Monthly audits average 97%.

The result

Informa extended our contract for another five years after the first review. The scope now covers seven buildings across their London campus.
