Sustainability is part of how we work, not an add-on.
We use a chemical-free cleaning model that has removed over 95 percent of harmful substances from our operations. Our fully electric delivery fleet and zero to landfill waste partners ensure that every part of our service reduces environmental impact.
Alongside these core practices, we support clients with tailored recommendations that help them reach their own environmental goals. Because protecting the spaces we care for starts with the way we care for the planet.

We believe in creating opportunity from within. Many of our supervisors, managers and head office team members began their careers as cleaning operatives. We actively promote from within and provide ongoing support for progression at every level.

We only work with suppliers who share our values. That means responsible sourcing, ethical labour practices and full transparency.
Our entire stock operation is managed in house, from our dedicated warehouse to our Distinct only delivery fleet. This gives us complete oversight and allows us to deliver supplies directly to site teams using returnable tote boxes, removing the need for single use packaging. From uniforms to equipment, everything we source is carefully chosen to meet the same high standards we set for ourselves. Because what we buy and how we deliver it reflects who we are.

We are proud to support charitable work that makes a difference.
Our ongoing partnership with The King’s Trust helps support young people across the UK, including those facing disadvantage. We also take part in client led initiatives that strengthen the communities we serve, from charity bike rides to local volunteering.
