We’re proud to share that Distinct is now a Certified B Corporation.
B Corp certification is an independent standard that assesses how a business performs across governance, workers, community, environment and customers. It helps ensure companies are meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

Our verified B Impact score is 99.1 (certification pass score is 80).

What this reflects about Distinct
Our certification recognises the work we’re doing to raise standards in facilities services in ways that support people and reduce environmental harm.
Highlights include:
- A strong focus on local procurement and local employment, backed by long term partnerships in the regions where we operate
- Continued commitment to chemical free or low chemical cleaning wherever appropriate, including the use of ozone technology and moving core products to recognised eco certified options
- Building more formal measurement and accountability, including impact KPIs and greenhouse gas reporting (total footprint 263 tCO2e for FYE August 2024), plus a move to a 100% renewable electricity tariff
